This thin handset has been certified by Guinness World Records as the lightest touch phone in the world. It is brought out with a memory of 2GB and it can be expanded to 32GB.
The phone is equipped with a built in FM radio, GPS, music player and includes web access, Instant Messaging, direct links to different social networks like YouTube, Google Search, Twitter, Facebook, Flickr, TuneWiki, eBuddy and Snaptu. The company also offers advanced functionalities which are user specified. The unique modularity of modu-T allows connectivity with the different “fy” devices which enable specific compatibility according to user’s changing needs and preferences.
The “fy” features include camerafy, sportfy, boostify, and textify. The names can themselves explain the usage of these additional devices. The user will be able to “camerafy” the modu-T by sliding it into a 5 megapixel shell. The gadget can be converted into the exercise companion as the user “sportfy” it with an exercise armband sleeve.
By slotting into a combo speaker dock / base station the customers can “boostify” it and enjoy hands-free calls, favorite music and intuitive single key operations while they stay connected. They can also “textify” modu-T as they can add a vertical QWERTY keyboard.
The company is also planning to launch Modu-W, a Wi-Fi based device with a touch screen operating on the Android operating system, in the near future.
